Please contact our head office. If the boss key is lost, all keys will have to be re-registered which will be classified as paid after-sales service, so please keep the boss key safe.

1: If you have the boss key - you may register directly with a spare key.
2: If you do not have a spare key, it can be purchased at our head office.
3: Registration requests will be classified as paid A/S service.

1: If a “beep” sound is heard when tapped using the master key - the master registration has been deleted. Re-register, then tap to open.
2: If the red LED flashes several times with a “beeping” sound when tapped using the master key without the sound of the motor working – the motor has malfunctioned. Open or close by force or request after-sales service from the head office.
3: If the LED flashes several times with a “beeping” sound when tapped using the master key with the sound of the motor working, there could be too many items in the locker or the door might be bent. Move or push against the door, then tap with the master key.

The emergency alarm has been activated. Key in the registered number or tap with the registered master key.

1: Check batteries (check +, - polarity)
2: If there is no response even after battery replacement, request for after-sales service.

1: If the keypad LED lights up when tapped with key - the buttons might be pushed in.
2: If the electronic key works fine but the door does not lock - If the hinges on old furniture become loose and the door is bent.

Prepare a 9V square battery and place it in contact with the front of the terminal. While doing so, enter the password or tap with the master key. First, open the door, then open the battery cover on the back of the terminal and replace the batteries.
